I would say A. Limestone

Changes in the limestone's chemical properties due to external forces can result in the creation of marble.
Sandstone turns into a hard metamorphic rock called quartzite when heated.
Shale that is exposed to extreme heat and pressure can change into slate.
Because of the way granite forms, it possesses a special resistance to heat.

But if you think differently then this is what happens with all of them when heat is added. ^

If this helped please give stars and a thanks ^.^ much appreciated!
