SAMPLE RESPONSE

This resolution was from one regional peasant assembly and did not necessarily reflect the opinion of the entire country. There might have been other groups of peasants in different areas of the country who disagreed with the resolution proposed by the one in Samara.

A historian might not think that the resolution from the Samara peasant assembly was necessarily supported by all peasants across Russia because the government that was established excluded many groups and had less power than the one it replaced.
