The correct answer is "Kublai Khan".

Kublai Khan established the Yuan Dynasty, with the intent to rule over what the Genghis had managed to conquer.

In regards to his impact as patron of the arts, he propelled forward the cross-trading between east and west, creating conditions for a significant exchangge of ideas and culture. For China, this meant a great development in the arts, painting, poetry, caligraphy, theater, etc, as well as the incorporation of western instruments such as the zaju and sanqu.

Hope this helps!
