3x + 6y = -2
x = -2y-2/3
15x +30y = -10
x = -2y- 2/3

The answer would be C

3x + 6y = -2......multiply by -5
15x + 30y = -10
--------------------
-15x - 30y = 10 (result of multiplying by -5)
15x + 30y = -10
--------------------add
0 = 0

there are infinitely many solutions
