so this can be solve by using the formula D = rtwhere d is the distancer is the speedt is the time
the time when the enterprise cath up with the shuttle is when they have the same distance. so we will equate there distance
for the shuttle
D = 4500 + 12000hfor the enterpise
D = 15000h
so4500 + 12000h = 15000h4500 = 3000hh = 1.5 hours
