y in the line
x=7 is 0, it's a vertical line. The line that we want to find is parallel to
x=7, so that line is vertical, too, i.e., it has the form
x=k.

Then, as the line cointains the point
(-3,2), which has the x-coordinate equal to -3, our line is
\boxed{\boxed{x=-3}}.
