It would be: -x + y + 4
Substitute for x = -9 and y = -6

-(-9) + (-6) + 4
= 9 - 6 + 4
= 13 - 6
= 7

In short, Your Answer would be 7

Hope this helps!

If you substitute x and y it will be -(-9)-6+4 which is = 9-6+4

The final answer is 7
