1st store = 180 / 100 = 1.8, 1.8 x 15 = 27. The discount is 27, so it costs 153.
2nd store = 200 / 100 = 2, 2 x 20 = 40. The discount is 40, so it costs 160.

The 1st store is offering a better deal.
