If you had a thirty pound barbell at home and you wanted to compare your muscular endurance to your younger brothers which method would be the best the best to use?

I would see who could hold the barbell above their head the longest without taking a break or by holding a smaller weight in front of your body and seeing who could keep it straight the longest.
