Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone is not too busy can you help me please? Define the word revolution ? So according to the internet I said a revolution is a forcible overthrow of a government or social order in favor of a new system. Is that ok? I was really looking forward to seeing a definition that said the amount of years. Like a revolution equals this amount ?

revolution is not equal to any year....it may ends in 1 day or 10 years .......so don't confuse.
it just an English word that means a process in which there is change in old system for a new one . and the definition you say is also correct ....so !
