Imee cycled from her home to the library at a speed of 12 km/h. She left her house at 21:25 and arrived at the library at 22:00. On her way back, she cycled along the same route, but increased her speed to 14 km/h. How many minutes did she take on the way back?

(Need formula/solution asap. Advanced thanks.)

First figure out how long it took going to the library.
22:00 - 21:25 = 35. It took 35 minutes for Imee to get to the library.
Now, figure out how many km away the library is.
12 km x 35 min = 420 km/min
420km/min ÷ 60min = 7km. The library is 7 kilometers away.
Now figure out how many minutes it took to get back.
14 km/hr ÷ 7 = 2
60 min ÷ 2 = 30min.
It took 30 minutes to get back.

22:00-22:25=35 minutes
Distance= 12×35/60
=7KM
TIME=7/14×60 Minutes
=30 minutes when going back
