70 + 5 + .8 + .05 + .004
I hope this is the answer you are looking for. Or if you are looking for expanded exponential form, it would be:
7 x 10^1 + 5 x 10^0 + 8 x 10^-1 + 5 x 10^-2 + 4 x 10^-3
Let me know if I am wrong
