We know, E = 1/2 kx²
So, ΔE = E₂ - E₁ = 1/2 kx₂² - 1/2 kx₁²
ΔE = 1/2 k [ x₂² - x₁²]
ΔE = 1/2 k [0.6² - 0.3²]
ΔE = 1/2 k [0.36 - 0.09]
ΔE = 1/2 k [0.27]
Where, k = spring constant

Hope this helps!
