A or 87.9 fluid oz

Explanation:

8 is the diameter, divided that by 2 which is 4. Do 4^2 x pi or about 50, then take the 50 and multiply by 7 which is 350, dividing by 3 since its a cone, you get about 116. Take that 116 and multiply by 0.75 to get 87.9
