Alicia says that 6÷2+6 is the same as 6+6÷2. Is the Alicia correct or incorrect?

Yes that is very much correct.

Yes, she is correct.

Think: BEDMAS

In the first equation, we divide first (6/2 = 3), then add 6 (3+6 = 9).

In the second equation, we still have to divide first since division comes before addition. 6/2 is 3. If we add 6, we'd still get 9.
