What expression can be used to represent the phrase " 3 more than 2 times the number of minutes, m"?

A 3m + 2
B 2m + 3
C m + 3 x 2

The answer is B, 2m +3

Two times the number of minutes, m, would be 2m, and then if you need three more than that you would add three, resulting in the +3 part of the equation. Therefore, 2m + 3.
