Answer: True

The human population is largely dependent upon natural resources which are either renewable and non-renewable as well . The renewable resources are those which can be replenished after a single use like water, wind and sunlight but the non-renewable resources are those which cannot be replenished after a single use such as fossil fuels like coal, petroleum and natural gas.

If the quantity or abundance of these resources depletes in nature this would drastically affect the economy as sales and production of these resources on commercial scale generates huge economy.
