Suppose you could travel to the center of the Earth. You must design a special vehicle for your journey. What equipment should your vehicle include so that it could travel to each layer of the Earth shown below? Also, what conditions should your vehicle be able to withstand? Consider temperature, pressure, and the hardness of each layer of the Earth.

Your Vehicle should be able to withstand extremely cold temperatures, seeing you'll be very low below ground, seeing that there is molten lava around the core, you need to withstand major heat, also, graphene would be the best material for your Vehicle, because it is the strongest material known to man. There are also about 8 layers of earth, Crust, Moho, Upper Mantle, D"- layer, Outer Core, Liquid/Solid Boundary, Then the inner core! the Liquid/solid would be extremely hard to get through, so beware.

Answer:

Technically its not possible to reach the core of earth as the deepest distance a vehicles can travel is 40,230 ft.

Step-by-step explanation:

  • As the earth has three layers the temperatures go on increasing with every one meter of depth and so the vehicle must be made of such materials that offer maximum resistance against intense heat and high pressure. The earth outer shells reach a temperature of 25 degrees with just 50 km, so coolant technology can be developed to preserve the machine from inside. Even though one builds a machine so powerful it would be very difficult to come out safely.
