To draw a scatter plot , we just need to draw two axis like coordinate axis and plot the given ordered pair inside this X-Y plane.

X Axis - Saving Account Balance Time(Y axis)

A scatterplot shows correlation between balance and duration i.e time. A correlation between two variables may be positive, negative, or no correlation depending upon how points are scattered on the coordinate plane.

You can use a graphing paper or a software to create a scatter plot. I used MS Excel to plot the points. You simply have to type the values and create a graph. The x-axis is the number of years and the y-axis is the savings account balance.
