1 team = 9 players.
So when you're trying to find out how many players are on x amount of teams, you multiply 9 by the x number.

Find the difference between x and y, so 3 and 27, the difference is 9. To see if its constant, put it into 9*8, which is 72, so the constant is 9. To find the answer in the blanks, plug in 9 and the number to find the answer.
