there are 132 projects in the science fair if a projects can fit in a row when you feel roles of projects can be made how many projects are in the world that full

If you are meaning to say "there are 132 projects in the science fair. if 8 projects can fit in a row, how many full rows of projects can be made?" you would divide.
132/8 = 16.5
(since it came up with 16.5 you would leave the .5 off and just put 16 as your answer.)
