Which of the following statements about the Sun is true?

Option C is true.

The Sun rotates about its axis at a predictable rate.

The nearest neighbor od Sun is the Barnard's Star and the Alpha Centauri system is about 4.3 light-years away. The sun is made up of mostly hydrogen (about 70%) and helium (about 28%). The outer layer of the sun is not the densest rather its the inner center layer that is the most dense.
