What if you were accused of a crime and, although you knew you were

innocent, the evidence pointed so overwhelmingly to you that you believed you
had no chance of being acquitted in a trial? In this situation, how might you feel
about the option of plea bargaining? Explain your comments thoroughly.

Answer:

i will feel scared terrified and confused because your innocent and your being accused on something that you did not do like who would like that but then if you belived you were not innocent you wont have faith in you and you wont have a chance so that is what i think.

personally I would be completely against the option of plea bargaining because in a situation like this, I'd much rather do everything I can to prove innocence, even if it means I get locked up.
