Diameter is 2r, or 18.8 ft

Circumference is 2*pi*r, or 59.1 ft

diameter is just twice the radius and circumference is 2

\pi(9.4)
C = 18.8
\pi
C = 59.1
D = 18.8ft

C = 59 if you use 3.14 instead of pi
