Capulet says that Romeo is a respectable lad.

And, to say truth, Verona brags of him/To be a virtuous and well-govern’d youth.

Lord Capulet thinks of Romeo as a gentleman, someone who is virtuous and respectable.

In the Shakespeare's play Romeo and Juliet, Romeo is the son and heir of Montague and Lady Montague. He is a young man of about sixteen, and is described as handsome, intelligent, and sensitive.
