(x1,y1)=(-2,3)

(x2,y2)=(1,9)

we have

equation of line

(y-y1)=
(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)(x-x1)

(y-3)=
(9-3)/(1+2)(x+2)

y-3=2x+4

2x-y+4+3=0

2x-y+7=0;is a required equation.
