After looking at the graph and studying points A-D, I can explain why the location D has a wetter climate than location C. A few reasons that will be acceptable answers are; location C is on the leeward side of the mountain, location D is closer to the ocean, and location D has air that is rising , expanding, and cooling to the dewpoint.
