Answer is $14351.22. Multiply 18399.00 by 0.22 and subtract that from the 18399. So 18399.00 X 0.22=4047.78 And 18399.00 - 4047.78 = $14351.22

$18,399÷22%=$836.31
The total cost of the car is $836.31
