Customer: Hello Ms/Mr, I would like a flat white, please.
Head Waiter: Venti, Grande, or Tall?Customer: Grande, please.Head Waiter: Okay, is that all?Customer: Yes miss.Head Waiter: Okay be right back with your drink.
Head Waiter: Here's your drink miss.Customer: Thank you, ma'am.Head Waiter: Thanks for ordering at Starbucks, hope to see you again. Have a nice day.

This is a basic greeting a customer.

" Hello Amy, I am doing well. I heard about you're vacation to Florida this summer. Did you have fun?"

" Yes Mrs. Johnson. I had a lot of fun. Did you know that there are wild lizard in Florida?"

" Why Amy, I did not know that. Did you that there are alligators in Florida? Their is a page in your science book about it."

" I knew that Mrs.Johnson, I saw an alligator. What page is it in my science book.?"

" Amy, it is on page thirty five. Please take a seat and take out you math home work."
" Yes Mrs.Johnson."
