Hello!

Explanation:

Slope:
(Y^2-Y^1)/(X^2-X^1)=(rise)/(run)

(4-2=2)/(0-(-9)=0+9=9)=(2)/(9)

Slope is 2/9

Answer is 2/9

Hope this helps!

Thanks!
