He mentions several items that are being placed inside the time capsule, including newspapers, the Bible, the Constitution, and the plays of Shakespeare. He also mentions that he wants to put a copy of Our Town in the time capsule, as well. If you were to bury a time capsule tomorrow for people to unearth in a thousand years, what items would you include? List at least three items and provide your reasons for their inclusion.

These are the items that I would include in a time capsule. If the time capsule is meant to last a thousand years, the world will be very different by the time the items are examined again. I would include an encyclopaedia so that people in the future would know what our knowledge of science, culture and history was like. I would also include some technology, to show our level of development. Finally, I would include a photo album that showed what the city and the country was like.
