The correct answer for this question is letter "A. 2x2 – 4x – 6"

Based from the diagram shown, there two positive x^2, there are four negative x and six minus signs. Looking at it and adding all the same terms, you will be able to get the quadratic expression 2x^2 - 4x - 6.

we know that

In the algebra tiles we have

(x^(2) +x^(2) )+(-x-x-x-x)+(-1-1-1-1-1-1)

Adding all the same terms

=(2x^(2))+(-4x)+(-6)\\=2x^(2) -4x-6

therefore

the answer is the option A

2x^(2) -4x-6
