I'm not good at explaining my answers in math but it is A. Y-4=-1/2(x+6)

slope = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
slope = (0-4)/(2+6)
slope = -4/8
slope = -1/2

passes through the points (−6, 4)
y - 4 = -1/2(x + 6)

answer: A. y-4=-1/2(x+6)
