Since it is asking for how much flour PER teaspoon of oil you need to divide the given amount of flour (3/4) by the given amount of oil (1/2).
3/4 / 1/2 = 3/4 x 2/ 1 = 6/4 =
3/2
3/2 of flour per teaspoon of oil
