The horizontal distance between M and P is
26 - 6 = 20
Dividing by the ratio
20/4 = 5
Adding this to the x coordinate of P to get the x coordinate of N
26 + 5 = 31

From the choices, it is obvious that the answer is
b (31, 23)

Doing the same thing for the horizontal distance will give you the y coordinate of N
