The correct answer is - B. Traditional cultures cannot always accommodate diverse beliefs and customs.

Most of the subcultures form as a result of the revolt against the restrictions and norms implemented by the mainstream culture at a particular place. A certain group of people that shares the same point of view, shares the same values, and ideologies, usually group themselves, and create a small parallel society inside the mainstream society. Very often the subcultures are not well accepted by the majority of the people because it seems weird to them, and also can create fear and repulse (very often without any reason), like with the Gothic subculture, which is very peaceful, and causes no troubles to anyone, but instead it is promoting acceptance of differences, but the members of this subculture are very often attacked and judged because of their dark unconventional appearance.
