It can dive to a depth of 3300
assuming it started at a depth of 3300 feet (units are important)
distance=rate times time
distancce=3300
rate=650ft/min
time=mins=m
3300=650m
divide both sides by 650
330/65=m
5.07692=m
about 5.08 minutes
