Where did Islam begin? By what methods did it spread? Where (what parts of the world) did it spread to at the height of the Islamic Golden Age?

Islam began, when our prophet Adam, was created by the almighty Allah. All  our wonderful prophets helped spread the blessed teaching of Allah.  It spread in saudia arabia, medina, makkah and many more places. it did spread for a while, and too the golden age
