$5.50 * 1.8 = $9.90 (Edward)
$50 / $5.50 = 9.09 rounded to make 10 hours (Jennifer)
$50 / $9.90 = 5.05 rounded to make 6 hours (Edward)
so Jennifer needs 10 hours
Edward needs 6 hours
