Answer:

Flamenco has a big gypsy influence, is a genre mainly played in classical guitar and has a big influence in

rhythm, being a highly percussive genre, where the musicians usually live for the playing.

The music in the US comes from the European influences (it has a lot of sense) and there are very different genres, maybe more modern ones, that were created in the US, like the blues or the jazz.

In both cultures, you can see a big influence of the guitar, while the guitar used in flamenco is the classical one, and the ones used in the US is the acoustic or resonator.

The correct answer to this question is that Flamenco was perfected by the Romany (Gypsy) people of Spain but not a Romany invention. In flamenco, you can expect many guitarists who are dedicated and form part as its profession. They are experts to this. With regards to US music style, US music style uses guitar just like flamenco.
