$9500 x 6% = 10,070
6% = $570

To find next year's projected cost, take the current cost and multiply it by the percent of increase, then add the product to the original cost.
9500 * .06 = 570
9500 + 570 = $10,070.
Pam should expect to pay $10,070 next year.
