Ok so translation simply means that your graph will be shifted to a differnent location than the parent function (original function). Since they already give you the first translation of vertices A you can graph that.
Since the parent function's point A started at (-2,2) and the new point A is at (4,-3) when graphed you can see that the new graph has been moved x-over 6 and y - down 5.
So if you apply the same rule to both vertices B and C you should see the translation of your graph. Hoped this helped.
