To have healthy hair you should regularly take your vitamins(preferably vitamin E) every other night, drink LOTS of water, hydrate your hair with oils (coconut oil, olive oil etc.), rest well, exercise, and trim your hair only when needed(when you start to see brittle, dry or split ends)
