Law of Sines= a/sinA= b/sinB
33.8/sin37=18.7/sinA
Cross multiply.
sinA x 33.8 = sin37 x 18.7
sinA x 33.8=11.25
sinA= .33

A= 19.4 degrees

Hope this helps.
