1) We know, I = V/R
I = 3.5 / 3.6 = 0.97 A

2) We know, V = R * I
V = 4 * 3 = 12 V

3) We know, R = V²/P
R = 11²/15 = 121/15 = 8.1 Ohm

4) We know, P = V * I
P = 3.7 * 2 = 7.4 watts
