Total amount of soup = 10 cups.
Amount poured into 5 bowls = 3/4
Amount left = 10 - 3/4 = (10*3 - 3) / 4 = (30 - 3) /4 = 27/4
Amount of soup left = 27/4 cups or 6 3/4 cups.
