Product means multiply.
-1/4 * - 3/7
A negative times a negative is a positive, so you can remove the negative sign.
You can multiply straight across, so 1/4 * 3/7 is 3/28's which is already in its simplest form.

Let's set x being the product, then:
x = (-1/4) . (-3/7)
x = 3/28
Hope it helps.
