First simplify the inequality.
-2(2x+9) > -4x+9
Distribute the -2 over parentheses.
-4x-18 > -4x+9
Add 4x to each side to get rid of it.
-18 > 9
This statement is never true because -18 can never be greater than 9.
C. Never
