Here, For 19 HCF, monthly cost = $49.18
So, for 1 HCF, it is = 49.18 / 19
Now, For 13 HCF, it would be: 49.18/19 * 13 = $33.65
In short, Your Answer would be $33.65

Well, since they let us know the SLOPE of the line, that is also the unit rate and constant of proportionality. So if it's $1.65 per HCF, all we'll have to do is multiply 1.65 times 13 to figure out the cost of 13 HCF, which is $21.45 c:
