It would be a scale factor of 4. Multiply the 2 by 4, you get 8. Multiply the 3 by 4 you get 12. To get the area, multiply the 12 and the 8 and you get 96.

The scale factor of 4 because:


4*2=8


3*4=12


8*12=96
